Preconstruction on these HVAC and fire alarm renovations involved early design and costing tailored to our client’s budget. In early 2015, Oelrich Construction completed bid packages and scheduled subcontractors according to a strict plan of twelve-hour, seven-day workweeks. Intensive coordination with the design team and concise communication with the entire project team ensured a successful project.
From removal of all fan coil units, steam and/or heating hot water heat registers, and all associated duct work and piping to installation of a new variable refrigerant DX HVAC system, we orchestrated every element of this project for completion within Summer Break.
