Oelrich Construction was selected as the construction manager-at-risk for the UF Broward Residence Hall Renovations Phase II project. This project will involve renovating the restrooms, fire sprinkler, flooring upgrades, and common spaces within Broward Hall’s northwest wing and center core, as well as replacing flat roof areas. The UF Broward Hall Phase II project will improve residents’ quality of life, improve accessibility, and enhance life safety protection.
