Pi Kappa Phi – Alpha Epsilon House

Oelrich Construction constructed a new, two-story fraternity house for Pi Kappa Phi’s Alpha Epsilon Chapter at the University of Florida. The 46-bedroom house features educational spaces, dining facilities, and a commercial kitchen for 100 men. Fine architectural elements include high-end trim work with crown molding, base board, and wainscot trim details. A mix of cast stone trim, fiberglass columns and trim, and stucco finish were applied to the main exterior body. Scope of work includes: new sewer line, water line, gas line, site work, and storm drainage.

Oelrich Construction provided extensive value engineering and alternative material recommendations to reduce the overall facility cost.

The house construction schedule was fast-tracked in order to accommodate the brotherhood’s annual fall rush.
