Our skilled team at Oelrich Construction transformed the vision of Mi Apá Latin Café, a popular resturant in Gainesville, into a reality by bringing its dreams of expanding to Jonesville, FL to life. In this project, we meticulously redesigned a 3,376 square foot space, creating a restaurant layout tailored to their specific needs.

The comprehensive scope of work encompassed the construction of a server center, a versatile banquet/meeting room, a comfortable seating area, a drive through window, an organized dry storage space, and a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. Situated in a bustling plaza, we executed the construction with precision, ensuring a seamless process that posed no disruptions to the neighboring businesses. Our commitment to excellence allowed all surrounding establishments to carry on with their daily operations without interruption.
