About

Our team transformed Fire Chief Randy Burnham’s vision into reality with Lake City Fire Station #2. This building serves as a model of excellence for the Lake City community, reflecting Chief Burnham’s desire for it to be a comforting haven for firefighters. Oelrich Construction executed the construction phase with precision, ensuring the installation of every crucial building component to exact specifications. Following completion, we conducted thorough owner training, equipping them with a detailed maintenance and cleaning plan to uphold the station’s functionality and longevity.

Project Scope

The fire station showcases an inclusive layout, incorporating 2 apparatus bays, 6 bunk rooms, a private lieutenant bunk room with an attached bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and day room, a dedicated bunker gear storage room, a decontamination room, laundry facilities, and a welcoming public lobby with an accompanying restroom.
