Ivy House

Trimark Properties contracted Oelrich Construction to renovate the interior shared common areas of the building during the Summer of 2012. The Ivy House is a female-only residence hall owned by Trimark Properties in Gainesville, Florida. The three-story building contains 49 rooms, five dorm bathrooms, three private bathrooms, five laundry rooms, and a shared gourmet kitchen, living room and study area.

The renovation included replacing outdated cabinetry and countertops in the bathrooms, tile, and carpet, and updating light fixtures and hardware throughout.
