Historic Bethel Station / Lunchbox Cafe

Renovating this historic gas station required substantial upfront planning. In order for the new start-up cafe to open as quickly as possible, we fast-tracked the schedule through preconstruction and construction while working within a tight space. Specifically, the kitchen required a complete power upgrade for the new equipment, gas-fired range, Rinnai water heater, fryers with a complete grease hood, and Ansul fire protection system. In addition, we constructed a new covered outdoor seating area with hardscape improvements.
