The state-of-the-art 9,600 SF facility includes 10 exam rooms, an open treatment area, 2 procedure rooms, a Zen Garden, a grieving room, indoor and outdoor rehab space, an X-ray suite, admin offices, and more. As the only holistic veterinary treatment facility of its kind in the area, the new building enables Chi Small Animal Hospital to carry out their mission of providing exemplary service through a blend of holistic and modern medicine.
This project involved the ground-up construction of a new Small Animal Hospital with advanced MEPF systems and high-end finishes. Constructed at the height of the volatile market in 2022, our team provided critical Value Engineering options to keep the project on schedule and within budget. These options included all long lead packages such as storefront systems, doors, frames, and exterior finishes. With significantly delayed material delivery times, proper identification and management of these items on the front end was paramount to project success.
