Burrito Brothers

Gainesville’s popular eatery, Burrito Brothers, has expanded from a 400 square foot kitchen with outdoor eating area to a 1,900 square foot restaurant with indoor seating, bar area, and an expanded outdoor space. During 75% of the construction process, we worked in a 1,500 square foot space adjacent to their existing kitchen, only shutting down business for two weeks to connect the two spaces and perform kitchen modifications.
