Arranta Bio Buildout

Discover the successful completion of the Arranta Bio Buildout Project, accomplished in three phases. This initiative involved the conversion of existing facilities into modern spaces, including cleanrooms, R&D labs, QA/QC labs, testing areas, anterooms, and locker rooms.

The project focused on:

– Upgrading MEP systems
– Installing a cutting-edge fire alarm system
– Implementing a self-contained OAU Modine HVAC system

Covering an extensive 22,440 sq. ft, the project was executed with precision and finished within a span of 17 months. This project included extensive lab work with tissue cultures, bioreactors, germ-free pods, fume hoods, and cleanrooms. Additionally, all phases had to be completed on an expedited timeline with immovable deadlines. Our team immediately procured equipment and materials with long lead items and stuck to an aggressive construction schedule to ensure timely completion.
