This project involved a complete renovation of 5,500 square feet of existing space plus adding 7,626 square feet to the building footprint. Housing conference spaces, restrooms, and individual classroom and computer lab spaces, this building consists of reinforced CMU with a combination of brick and stucco exterior and a wood-framed roof structure. The project also included a new “tech zone,” children’s section, an outdoor reading terrace, new parking area, and various other site improvements.
Built for a private client, the new building houses the Alachua County Supervisor of Elections and Property Appraiser.
