Constructed for the Kennard Ace Hardware Corp, this new 10,000 square foot retail building is a structural steel, bar joist roof structure with CMU walls. The interior space includes a large retail area, storage areas, break rooms, and an administrative office space.
Built for a private client, the new building houses the Alachua County Supervisor of Elections and Property Appraiser.
