Oelrich Construction, Inc. has completed several projects for Alachua County Public Schools, most recently a kitchen HVAC installation at three high schools. The project was completed during school hours with the kitchen remaining operational. The success of this project was due to the construction team, especially superintendent, Matt Marino. I have been impressed with the personal attention that Oelrich Construction gives to all projects, regardless of size or scope. They have a good working relationship with subcontractors, school personnel, and are able to resolve conflicts during construction with minimum delay or disruption to the project. Their quick response to problems avoided any shutdown or inconvenience to the schools. I look forward to working with the staff of Oelrich Construction, Inc. in the future.
