Ivan Oelrich
Military veteran Ivan Oelrich is the founding member of the Oelrich Construction team. With more than 20 years of construction leadership expertise, Ivan has first-hand experience supervising multi-million dollar capital projects as a field superintendent, project engineer, project manager, and business executive. His military background informs his approach to business management, team building, quality assurance, safety, and project operations.
As the President and Principal of Oelrich Construction, Ivan provides executive direction for all project management and field capabilities, guaranteeing all processes move efficiently, consistently achieve high quality standards, and surpass client expectations. Ivan and the Oelrich Construction team have grown the company by focusing on outstanding customer service and building strong, effective communication with every partner.
Included in his professional recognitions is the “Builder of the Year” award from the Builders Association of North Central Florida, recognizing Ivan’s exemplary commitment to advancing the local construction industry.
