Project Engineer Gainesville, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage documentation, including construction plans, RFIs, submittals, and closeouts.
• Process and maintain project-related financial and administrative data.
• Coordinate subcontracts, purchase orders, and insurance documentation.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for project meetings and agendas.
• Work with authorities to ensure timely permitting processes.
• Support project startup, execution, and closeout activities.

Qualifications: 

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Entry-level; basic construction experience is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software preferred.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred.
