Brad Patterson


Senior Superintendent

Brad Patterson has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the building construction industry. He has extensive experience supervising complex civil and horizontal construction, including brownfield soil remediation, roadway construction, utility infrastructure, biotech facility construction, and park development.

As a Senior Superintendent for Oelrich Construction, Brad ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the finest quality standards. He manages daily logistics, supervises all building trades, communicates relevant project information to trades, and records daily jobsite activities. His health science/coaching background has informed his proactive approach to stakeholder safety, team building, and interpersonal communication.
