Javell Woods


Javell Woods has nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career building custom private residences before overseeing construction quality control and safety on large commercial projects throughout the Southeast. From Disney World resorts to industrial factories, Javell has overseen a broad spectrum of facilities.

As a Project Manager at Oelrich Construction, Javell champions the Owner’s vision in both the field and the office. He meticulously reviews all shop drawings to resolve any ambiguities or conflicts, and responds to any pending RFIs from the field. His responsibilities include estimating conceptual budgets, compiling monthly O/A/E meeting minutes and coordinating subcontractors. Javell is a resourceful, detail-oriented professional with excellent project management skills. Core skills include: multi-step scheduling, budgeting, logistics management, and quality assurance.
